Webinar North Macedonia  II: NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1

On August 18, 2020, the Strategic Analysis, Slovakia in cooperation with the Horizon Civitas, North Macedonia held an online webinar entitled „NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1“ for North Macedonia’s NGOs’ and CSOs’ workers. 

Thirty-three motivated civil society representatives aspiring to develop their capacities joined the webinar, during which they learned about the project management cycle– from drafting their project ideas, to grant searching, to project management, control, and evaluation. Moreover, they had an opportunity to brainstorm about their project ideas focusing on environmental education, brain drain, and gender equality. The webinar was led by the Strategic Analysis’ CEO – Ján Cingel.
