Kosovo Webinar: NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1

On May 19, 2020, Jan Cingel, the Founder and CEO of the Strategic Analysis Slovakia in close cooperation with the InnovActive Center for Social Improvement  (ICSI) Kosovo held an online webinar entitled „NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1“ for future young leaders from Kosovo. 

Twenty young leaders, motivated to be active members of the NGO/CSO community in Kosovo joined the webinar, during which they learned about the project management cycle– from drafting their project ideas, to grant searching, to project management, control, and evaluation. Moreover, they had an opportunity to brainstorm about their project ideas focusing on building bridges between the communities of Kosovo, connecting the business and the public sector, and on climate change.
